Hamburg - Die Teenie-Band Tokio Hotel will die Auseinandersetzung mit aufdringlichen Fans ab sofort allein der Justiz überlassen.

Wie der Manager der Magdeburger Band, David Jost, am Donnerstag mitteilte, werde die Band keinerlei Statements mehr zu den Fällen abgeben. “Wir sind der Auffassung, dass das Stalker-Thema fortan allein mit rechtlichen Mitteln aufgearbeitet werden kann und muss“, erklärte Jost.

Anfang April war Bills Zwillingsbruder Tom Kaulitz an einer Hamburger Tankstelle mit einer jungen Frau aneinandergeraten. Daraufhin hatte der Manager berichtet, dass die Band seit Jahren von Stalkern verfolgt und seit kurzem auch von maskierten Mädchen belästigt werde. Das sei auch der Grund, warum die Musiker und ihre Familien ständig den Wohnort wechselten.
